and Sublessor services company, servicing all entities formed under
the laws of Delaware.
PBC Wealth Protection, Inc. serves as Registered Agent for such
Delaware entities as corporations, limited liability companies
("LLCs"), general partnerships, limited partnerships,
limited liability partnerships, registered limited liability partnerships,
and business trusts.
PBC Wealth Protection, Inc. also "situses" entities in Delaware
by subleasing office space at our location in Wilmington, Delaware.
Each client receives a unique address and suite number in Delaware
in order to fully "situs" the client in Delaware.
"Situs" is Latin for the location of something for legal
